- Only families are accepted as tenants.
- You are requested to provide the full names, first names, and dates of birth of all persons who will occupy the rented accommodation, as well as your home address, car make, and license plate number.
- If the reservation is accepted, it is only valid for the persons listed above and can under no circumstances be replaced by other persons. Failure to comply with this clause will result in cancellation of your contract and loss of the deposit already paid at the time of booking.
After acceptance, you must transfer a deposit of €500 to the bank account provided. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental, including the mandatory final cleaning fee of €80.00.
- A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children is allowed (a baby counts as 1 child). Pets are unfortunately NOT allowed.
- The rental is personal. Transfer or subletting to a third party is prohibited.
- All additional vehicles must be parked, for a fee, in the parking area outside the grounds. One car is allowed at the mobile home.
- In case of cancellation, no deposit will be refunded. It is your responsibility to take out cancellation insurance.
- A defect in the rental property does not entitle you to compensation. There is a maintenance contract with the campsite; in case of problems, please contact the reception.
- If one gas bottle runs empty, you are required to purchase a new one at Weldom. The amount paid will be reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt. You must replace the gas bottle yourself: turn the bottom switch and close both bottles. After replacement and reconnection, reopen the bottom switch, then turn the top switch to the desired bottle and wait until the indicator turns green.
- Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax at the reception at the rate applicable at that time.
- Kids Club: free activities for children from 3 years old (limited places available). The Kids Club may refuse access to families who do not respect start times and/or to children whose behavior disrupts the proper functioning of the club.
- The safety of children on the campsite is entirely the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, especially around the swimming pool and recreation areas.
- For access to the campsite and its activities, you will receive a permanent wristband which must be worn during your entire stay.
- This provision is enforced by the campsite: management reserves the right to terminate a stay if the campsite rules are not respected. Breach of good neighborliness, antisocial behavior, or any disturbance to the harmony of the campsite may result in expulsion without any refund.
- Visitors are not allowed to participate in campsite activities.
- No security deposit is required; if you break something, you must replace it at your own expense.
- Upon departure, you must leave the mobile home clean (swept) and empty the trash bin.
